Creating a new flex space at Dover Sportsplex

Hello Sportsplex family - we are committed to having the nicest indoor sports facility around, and we are writing today with news of an exciting new investment in our facility. Please take a moment to read - don't miss the special deal at the bottom!
We've always struggled, as the weather improved and people move outside, to keep our Small Turf Field busy. After investigating different ways to make the space more useful for our customers, we've decided to invest in a new flexible tile system that will allow us to convert the Small Turf Field to a Multipurpose Hardcourt on a seasonal basis.
In other words:
From mid-November to mid-March, you'll continue enjoy soccer on the Small Turf Field.
From mid-March to mid-November, we now have the ability to convert into a Multipurpose Hardcourt... perfect for futsal, kids basketball, halfcourt basketball, and training sessions.
The Multipurpose Hardcourt will include new super-grippy sports tile and three basketball hoops. And we'll continue to have the dasherboards and soccer goals.
Get ready for some next-level futsal
The bad news is that soccer on the Small Turf Field will no longer be available from mid-March to mid-November. The good news is that this Multipurpose Hardcourt - with its grippy tiles, dasherboards and the option of large or small goals - will be the ultimate place for top-notch nonstop futsal action.
Perfect for kids basketball
Our new multipurpose area will be perfect for young hoopers. The court is smaller and self-contained, and the baskets can be lowered to 8'. (Also fun for those adults who never quite got a chance to dunk?) If you are a coach looking for a place to train your group of young kids, or a parent looking for a super fun kids basketball birthday, this is it!
An affordable option for small-group training or half-court games
In addition to the hoops on either end, the multi-purpose area will have a full half-court in the middle. In addition, this new surface will be more affordable than our full hard courts, priced at $90/hr (and only $80/hr if you pay in advance).
If you are a coach looking for a great venue for individual and small group training, or a group of players looking for some halfcourt fun, this will be a great option.

The conversion to hardcourt will be underway over the next couple of weeks, and the new permanent baskets should be installed by June. In the meanwhile we will have temporary lines and baskets. Futsal will also be limited to using the small goals until the permanent baskets are installed.
