Our new website is here!
We are extremely pleased to launch our updated website. Most importantly, for those of you more comfortable speaking Spanish, there is now a Spanish version of the site. In addition, both the website and the app feature clearer instructions for hourly bookings, in both English and Spanish.
The new site also offers a more comprehensive look at all the ways people can play at Dover Sportsplex - hourly bookings, tournaments and leagues, Open Play, programs and clubs, and parties and events. Super convenient digital waivers are now available right from the top menu -- fill them out before you come to save time! Looking for special deals and promotions? New popups alert you as soon as you visit the homepage, and there is a new "Specials and Promotions" page. If you are reading this post, you have found the first post on our new blog -- a new resource for important updates, special promotions and deals, and posts on other interesting topics. Our new booking policies are also here.
It is less flashy than our new website, but starting Friday, April 21 we will be updating our booking policies in the following ways:
Bookings will require at least a $20 deposit, with the balance due when you come to play.
You still have the option to pay in full when you check out, but now if you pay in full you will save $10!
Additional discounts are available if you choose to book 2 hours.
Bookings will be available at least 7-14 days in advance.
As long as you call or email us at least 48 hours in advance, you can reschedule your booking or cancel for a full refund. (We understand that last minute emergencies happen sometimes, and will do our best to be flexible in those situations.)
