Online registration is a great way to secure your spot in our Open Plays. To make it as easy as possible, here are some helpful tips. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us!
Register ON OUR WEBSITE
Start by navigating to our Open Play page. The simplest way: hover your mouse over "PLAY AT SPORTSPLEX" and select OPEN PLAY from the menu that drops down. (Or you can click this link.)
Once there you will find available Open Play options in a list at the bottom of the page. Just click on the name of your preferred Open Play. Then, on the next page, click "BOOK NOW". You'll be taken to a calendar -- any date with a orange dot underneath has Open Play sessions available. If multiple sessions are available at the same time, you'll see a drop down under Preferences. (It asks you to choose a "staff member", but in our case we are choosing different playing surfaces.) Once you've made all the necessary selections, choose NEXT.
On the next screen, make sure your details are correct, and select BOOK NOW. You should be good to go!
Register ON OUR APP
Our app is available in the iPhone App Store and Google Play Store. (Or click this link.) Load the app, and from the home screen you can select the "Book Now" tab. There is a dropdown menu just above the list of services that allows you to filter the list of bookings to see only Open Plays.
Pick your Open Play and click "Book". On the next page, use the calendar to pick your day and time; this is followed by an additional page where you click "Book and Pay" to complete your purchase.
